Car Installer Dependencies

This program has dependencies. What this means is that if the user does not have the following files, they will not be able to use the Car Installer properly. The required files are the following: MSVBVM60.DLL
That's the only file that is required for operating this car installer program, and almost every person has this file. But, users that do not have this file will not be able to use the installer, but will be able to copy manually the car (.ar)  file.
